Sandra Qiu graduated from Jiangsu University in July 2002 and achieved the bachelor degree. Then she worked at Camel Communications as the R&D engineers until September 2007, then she took part in Venus until now. As an experienced senior software engineer, she has more than 6 years C/C++/Win32 SDK/Objective-C experience, about 3 years C#.NET development experience, 4 years Java development experience and more than 2 years iPhone development experience, especially in the domain of iPhone application development, iPhone video and table view application, game and SNS development. Because of strong technology and high-quality code level, she has been seemed as iPhone expert.
Project Experience
During the last few years, she has accomplished more than 100 projects which were all from Odesk, Elance. Most of them have run online successfully and well-reputed. Fangming Jin graduated from Xi’an University of architecture and technology in July 2005 and achieved the bachelor degree. Then he worked at TDC ASUS as a senior software engineer until November 2007, later he took part in Venus until now. As an experienced senior software engineers, he has more than 5 years C/C++/MFC/Objective-C/Win32 SDK experience, and about 4 years C#.Net/TCPIP/Win Socket/COM/USB/multithreading/web application experience. He is good at mobile programming because he has more than 2 years experience in the area of iPhone application procedure development and project management. He is particularly superior in Objective-C/Xcode/Cocoa programming and seemed as the technology leader of all the iPhone Team.
Project Experience
In his excellent work experience, he has accomplished more than 60 iPhone projects and taken part in about 150 projects in mobile development area. All of them come from Elance and Odesk , you can find them in the appstore of iPhone. They includes of Perfspot(a client application just like Facebook for people to share video, music, create blogs, online groups), Ask Buddha(an interesting program which would answer many questions looked oddly and novel), floptv(an online video client which can categorise the videos to different channels and provide a ranking for most viewed and latest videos. Songlin Li graduated from Nanchang Hangkong University and achieved the bachelor degree of computer science and technology in July 2001. After graduation he joined in the NCS Information Technology (Suzhou) Co., Ltd. , and took part in many management system projects. In these projects, he has learnt a lot of development, test and manage experiences .Then he worked for the Agile Software (Suzhou) Co., Ltd(now has become a Wholly-owned subsidiary of Oracle ) and now in Venus. He has contacted to many kinds of projects and been familiar with software engineering process and project management in more than 9 years professional career.
Project Experience
Now he has become the expert and leader because of his rich experience in mobile development area especially in the BlackBerry platform. As an senior software engineer, he has more than 9 years Java application and J2EE projects development experience, so experienced in developing and deploying multi-tier applications using J2EE Framework (EJB, JSP, Servlet, Struts, and Hibernate).About 6 years C and C# experience. Besides, more than 3 years mobile platform development experience in iPhone , Blackberry and Android.
During the last few years, he has designed and accomplished more than 50 projects which are from Odesk, Elance with all the team. Most of them have run online successfully and well-reputed. They includes of Check Splitter( A restaurant check split application), Are were there yet(A GPS application), Artist management( A artist management project), Restaurant Health Check( BlackBerry edition and Android edition), Convenos Gemini Project( Serials of web collaborations in a hosting environment which integrate of web meeting, traditional content management and workflow in order to establish business processes between remote users) and others.
He took part in design and development process of projects ,moreover, as the leader of all the team, he has been master of software engineer project process control and PLM (Project Lifecycle Management).The ability of PLM has substantial connection with his former work experience about the design and development of Data Load Module and Product Collaboration Module of Agile PLM.

Zhitao Li graduated from Soochow University (Suzhou) and achieved the master degree of computer software and theory in June 2009.Before graduation he had ever worked for Fairchild Semiconductor (Suzhou) Co., Ltd from May 2008 to February 2009. After his graduation, he joined in Venus until now. Although as a young man with only 2 years work experience, he is very vigorous and studious, moreover, he is so clever that he has been familiar with mobile development and Android projects management after a few days of contacting to them.
Project Experience
He has more than 2 years work experience in software development area so far, and about 3 years experience in Java/Perl development. Now he has more than 2 years development experience in Perl CGI, Lucene + Heritrix area, and about 1 year experience on Android platform. Besides, he is good at Sqlite, Javascript, XML and DB(oracle,MSSQL,mysql).
At this time, as the Android Team leader, he has accomplished about 10 projects, including of Inspection score of Unite states restaurant(Inspection Scores of restaurant based on New York, Chicago…,a project which is used to check restaurants’ healthy and mark different scores.
The technologies we used in this project as below: Android Framework, Web-service, XML Parsing, SQLiter Database, Animation), book player of audio books(a book player of audio books , the Android edition of a popular software, which can help you listen to the books if you have no time to read traditional paper books. A smart but convenient application based on an investigation which can show that more and more people like to read E-books or listen to audio books by handheld devices instead of reading traditional paper books is changing our life. In this project, he is responsible for defining Database Schema, Parse XML and writing out xml file, web service and so on ),the Material databases with Perl CGI and others.
Feedback
Now he is absorbed in the mobile application development, not only including of complex enterprise-level projects, but also containing many interesting games and smart procedures. Moreover, as the leader of the youngest team in the Venus Team, he will do his best to establish an united and high quality team which would provide products and service with lower cost, lower risk, higher profit, higher efficiency for customers all over the world.
